The location of the hotel was ideal for us as it was really close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of things to see and do in the neighborhood, such as visiting the Christmas markets. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
The bar at the hotel was quite expensive, so we decided to go elsewhere for drinks.

Staff helpful. Breakfast excellent, wide variety. WiFi strong. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Decor pleasing. Water pressure good, hot temperature. TV worked, BBC and CNN available. Great location, next to metro station. Clean area, plenty of places to eat, post office nearby, grocery store. Recommend.

Spacious and comfortable room with a king-size bed and a 50 TV. Good breakfast with plenty of options, including a daily Hungarian offering. Convenient location with easy access to the city's attractions and public transportation.
Room cleanliness was not up to expectations, as there was no vacuuming or mopping of the bathroom floor during the 4-day stay. Some items went missing from the room, and the hotel staff blamed it on the maids assuming them as gifts.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.
We felt very lucky to have found this hotel, as there was nothing to complain about.

The location of this place is ideal as it is near to the bus stop and in the center of the city. I loved the room service and bell staff/porter who were very helpful throughout my stay. The spa & wellness centre, sauna, and jacuzzi also provided a relaxing experience for me. The flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and lift were a great addition to the room, making my stay more comfortable.
I would recommend this place to my friends as it is a great hotel with amazing services.

The building itself is amazing, even more excellent in person than in the pictures. The room was furnished with comfortable furniture, a nice shower and bath, and a big tv with English channels. We also enjoyed the added bonus of having access to the hotel's fitness room, equipped with a cable machine and real weights. The location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and a metro station nearby. The breakfast provided was fresh, of good quality, and definitely worth the extra money. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the fast Wi-Fi and clean rooms were a definite highlight. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb, very close to the city centre and conveniently close to the metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were basic yet sufficient. The breakfast spread in the restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly, going above and beyond to help with any requests.
